STRICKLAND EDGES LEE TO WIN ALLEGIANT LATE MODEL GOLD CUP 100 AT FLAT ROCK

 Flat Rock, Michigan–June 25, 2011:  Dennis Strickland edged out Eric Lee in a thrilling duel to the finish to win the 100 lap ARCA Allegiant Late Model Gold Cup race Saturday night at Flat Rock Speedway.  A total of 30 Late Models were on hand for leg number 1 of the 5 race series set up between Flat Rock and Toledo Speedway.  Dan Ford Jr., Harold Fair Jr. and Paul Pelletier completed the top 5.  The race had a green flag stretch of 74 laps from lap 6 to 79.
